  I like the new scanning system for visitors. I visit my Mother often, and trust the staff with her care. Any questions we do have, are answered promptly.

  Safe entry. Very friendly Management and staff. The Java Hut was a nice surprise! I feel confident my spouse will get good care.

  I recently needed to move my mother closer to my home for several reasons. I contacted Richmond Medilodge with my request and concerns. I spoke with Mr.Will Rose. I was so impressed with this gentleman taking control of the whole situation from the move right down to her name plate on door when my mother and I arrived. Excellent communication skills and kindness! My mother has been in long term care for quite some time, so I cannot express enough praise in my experience with Mr.Rose. He gave my mother and I the gift of a smooth transition. Highly recommend! Very pleased.
