  Awesome great store. The only problem is that there is way to much stuff and not enough time to look at everything . Still 4 1/2⭐s tho. Definitely recommend them

  Vickie at Shumaker’s went way over and beyond to help us get our kitchen chairs shipped to Montana. Can’t think this furniture store enough for working with us! Highly recommend Shumaker’s for all your furniture and appliance needs!!! Thank you!!

  New to Lexington, we were in need of a new recliner and decided to check out Shumaker's. We were impressed with the wide range of selection they had available. We were immediately greeted by Margaret and let us know she was available if we needed her assistance. It didn't take us long to find the "just right" recliner for us! The price was a little high for a floor model (they didn't have any in the back) but after learning they're a family run for many years, we didn't mind paying a little extra to support a local small business. They do offer delivery if it's local for $80 or $85, can't recall but we opted to pick it up ourselves. Overall, great customer service and large selection, will definitely be a repeat customer.

  I just purchased my first kitchen appliance set here. Ella was extremely friendly & helpful! They’re local, they’ll deliver, they provide financing & maintenance. I’m very impressed!

  Found recliners of well made quality and real leathers not pleather not pine frame but oak heavy well made have lived in Lexington for 28 years could not believe how many times have passed this place never stoped. We got our last furniture at rooms to go. Will never see the inside of that store AGAIN!!!!!
