First Baptist Church - Fair Oaks

The first time I came to fbcfo I know this was the place for me. It is one big family. Thank you everyone for making me fill at home.

I've been a member here for over 40 years, through 4 pastors and lots of new faces. Why I continue to go there? Because God is there, the Bible is taught and Jesus is preached. I love my church family!

I just moved here to Sacramento from Oakland. I attended the Kingdom Builders Christian Fellowship run by Pastor Jennings in Oakland. Today will be my first day of worship at this church. I was met at the front entrance buy a nice gentleman named Greg. I said darn it I forgot my mask. Greg said don't worry I'll go get you one. I thought that was very kind of him. I will update my post after the services as this is my first time going to this church. I already gave it five stars because Greg was so nice to me.

Here’s a Southern Baptist church that preaches from God’s Word and speaks to relevant issues we face in daily life. The people are genuine, forthright, and unassuming. A refreshing place to worship with a great blend of music for all ages. The congregation is a moderate size (250-275) that allows you to get to know people and forge solid relationships. I’d give it a strong recommendation for anyone looking to learn more about Jesus and deepen their relationship with God. All are welcomed.

Celebrate Recovery at this church! A very warm and thoughtful group of both men and women. This is the place to feel welcome and secure. They fill the room with fun as they worship. Very friendly group. This is a loving group. It's a personal and loving group of people...small, but steady in growth and their loving warmth, is felt the moment you walk in. Good Place!!!😜
