I wanted bought my 98 year old family member who is quite deaf family member hearing aids from Ken Freia, the audiologist at Advanced Quality. Ken not only found a solution, when it came time to put them in he spent many hours with my family member adjusting them given the age and level of hearing loss. I cannot recommend him enough. Ken was totally responsive to every phone call, bent over backwards to meet our needs and simply was a pleasure to work with. The kind of service Ken provided was unlike any I have ever experienced; he could not do enough to help.

My 94 yo mom tried many devices but continued to torture all of us around her and made us scream to communicate to her (thank God she learned email). His patience, his clear understanding of the patients needs, his experience with geriatric patients and most of all, empathy, led her through this process magnificently. Great professional Services, Ken really knows what the hearing tests mean and what Aids work best . My wife has a severe loss in one ear, and her old aids were not helping.
Ken used a Sigma unit that had a cross over feature so that both ears were picking up the sound. It has made , a world of difference, my wife can actually hear with out reading lips anymore . Actual cost, was another bonus
