Amber Aiello - State Farm Insurance Agent

I went into Ambers office to talk to her about my car insurance, i'm with progressive currently. They have raised my rate for the last 3 cycles for no reason! I already get life insurance from Amber and she is always friendly. Amber wasn't in so I spoke with Chandler and he was awesome! He had excellent customer service, was very knowledgable, and he cut my premium in half. All while getting better coverage too. The customer service here is nothing short of outstanding.

After moving to Las Vegas, I was searching for a new insurance company for my house & car. I found Amber Aiello thru a neighbor who said call Amber and she guarantee's that Amber is top notch and could have me some money. Little did I know that Amber saved me $$$. That is a lot especially today when we are facing a recession. This happened after talking to Amber for 1 day & adjusting the my coverage too. My coverage is a lot more but I still saved $$$. We had insurance through Costco (best rates, right?). The company that runs their insurance program decided they would increase our rates just because they could. I am a previous StateFarm subscriber but knew of this office as I walk past it quite a bit. So I reached out. Expressed my frustration not only on rates going up but also on the insurance industry as a whole. Amber took her time to actually educate me on how the insurance industry works. And when you understand how it is regulated, you have a better grasp of why the insurance industry operates the way it does. Amber discussed many different angles to take when considering the coverage required. This allowed me to make an educated decision as opposed to a decision based on price only. I have had insurance for almost 40 years and cannot believe it took this long for someone like Amber to come along. And in the end, when I compared like for like coverage with what I was getting through CostCo.... StateFarm rates were 16% better than what I was paying before. Thank you Amber for making a difference!
