Amada was super helpful after my father-in-law had a fall that landed him in the hospital. Troy was great, talking us through options while he was in the hospital and giving us much appreciated guidance for next steps after his release. We used their caregivers in the skilled nursing facility he went to after the hospital and then also in the assisted living facility after that. It gave us huge peace of mind knowing someone was there to look after him, help him with tasks like showering, and make sure he was doing ok. Allison and Gina from their front office were very accommodating on setting up a caregiver schedule that worked for us and were very responsive whenever any special requests came up and addressed them quickly.
