Chad's AC Direct

Chad’s A/C Direct has absolutely the best service that I have ever experienced. They installed a new Goodman A/C unit 14 months ago, and through no fault of theirs, the compressor failed. They sent a technician out at 7:00 PM last evening, diagnosed the problem, and at 8:15 AM this morning arrived with a brand new entire Goodman condensing unit. By 10:30 the new unit was evacuated, charged and cooling. Chad said if a Goodman unit fails in the first 2 years that Goodman would replace the entire condensing unit. BEST SERVICE EVER! I really enjoyed working with Chad. He is so knowledgeable and professional. He worked so hard to get me the best deal and had a turnkey product with electricity, plumbing, insulation and drywall changes all included. There are great financing options available.

Unfortunately, the cost for the system and the cost of the house didn't pan out in my situation (I didn't have an existing system, so the door included ducting, high voltage installation, as well as a new outdoor and indoor unit... which was more than I was willing to spend considering my future plans for this house).

My biggest advice if you're in the fence is to reach out and get the information so you have time to think about it and install it early on with your house. It was less expensive than I thought... but it's a bunch of work and is expensive.

I have been using Chads for more than 10 years. Last week a new crew, Gio and Davis came to my house let by their manager, Sonny. They knew exactly what to do and solved a problem that I had no idea could be solved. Everyone of them were so nice and knowledgable. What a breath of fresh air knowing that I have been the recipiant of great work and service. I recomment them without question.

The service call was a result of an office general manager following up with me to ensure I'm a happy customer. I mentioned one minor issue as well as one other potential issue regarding my AC unit. The minor issue involved sealing a vent at the attachment point to the duct to eliminate condensation that dripped when it was excessively hot and humid. The other issue was investigating a "hard stop," clanking noise coming from the outside unit. Both issues were addressed completely to my satisfaction. The technicians were professional and courteous, arrived on time, and repaired both issues quickly.
