The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This store has a great assortment of styles. The physical location has multiple pick up docks for easy loading if you choose not to have your new purchases delivered.

Martha at Birmingham Wholesale was so helpful. She made the furniture shopping process very easy and was personable. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend for local furniture needs!

When we first visited a month ago, we were greeted by Martha & she was wonderful. She let us look & we had to come back with My Mom for approval 😂
We found Martha when we were ready to purchase & she is just adorable & so kind & generous & had a great repore’ with her. She had an Uncle named Louie & James is called “Louie” so brought back good memories for her. James has bought furniture there when he was younger & said, this is where you shop for good furniture that last a lifetime if you want it too… and he usually does. We loved our experience & hopefully will be back. 🥰
