I wish every company was as good as this one! I bought a stair chair. I researched all the companies in my area. I choose.101 Mobility because of the 123 reviews I saw on them, they rated 5 star. I was so glad I did! They were so professional and compassionate to my needs. Chris did a in-home visit and went over all the equipment, installation and pricing options. The equipment they sell is also 5 star quality. Their service could not be any better. 3 times I had to cancel installation services due to my wife’s illness and they were so accommodating. I want to thank Chris, David and their installation team for everything they did. In today’s world. You do not find companies that cater to customers needs as well as 101 Mobility does.

From the initial call to the installation, it was a wonderful process! Very professional and prompt service. I had a lift chair installed in my parent’s home and couldn’t be more pleased!
