I am new to the Parasail industry and Custom Chutes has been amazing in providing me all the information i needed. I took the 5 day operators class with Kaitie and she is one of the most passionate instructors and businesses owners i have had the pleasure of spending the week with.
My overall opinion of Custom Chutes is they NEVER sacrifice safety or quality over profit.
