Caliber Collision

We were hit by a car, damaging the length of the driver’s side. Caliber Collision did an excellent job on repairs, completing everything in a timely manner. They kept us regularly informed of progress. We are very pleased with the outcome. Though we did not have to pay as the other party’s insurance covered us, the bid and final cost submitted was visible to us and it was very fair. Highly recommend for anyone needing body work repairs.

I was in a fender bender last month and thought for sure my truck would be in the shop until well after Christmas but Caliber got my repairs done quickly and accurately. Gavin was wonderful throughout the process making sure to keep me updated on the progress. I hope to never need their services again but I know, if I do, my vehicle will be in good hands.

Sean was very professional. He kept me informed the whole two months my car was being repaired. My car went into the shop on 9/25 and he was very transparent in telling me that it’s be a couple months before I would have my car back due to supply chain issues. He communicated with my insurance in ensuring that all the necessary repairs were made. Thanks to the repair team as well for ensuring my car drives like new. The paint job is beautiful as well. Can’t say enough good things about this caliber collision location!

This was my second time using them due to not-at-fault accidents. Each time, my car has come out looking and driving new again. The entire process from estimate, car rental, repair, and completion of repair was incredibly simple and convenient. Sean Pedersen was my most recent advisor and did a great job of keeping me updated. I don’t ever want to need to use a collision repair shop again, but if I do, I’ll come back.
