Olga and her team are on it. Olga was the first to respond and maintained a high response rate till the movers showed up. Her movers were on time and were in and out which was greatly appreciated. The rates are reasonable and you don't pay till the work is done. No B.S. like I've seen with my other movers. They took care of my belongings and did a great job of storing my equipment away into my new storage unit. I highly recommend them. They take CC and check, and you get a receipt immediately. Again, they have it down to a science! I would overlook their older reviews and make sure to read the more recent ones.
