I recently ordered and received a trophy from Crown Awards. Wow! From my initial questions posed in an on-line chat, to placing my order, to delivery, to the outstanding quality and engraving to my exact request, all in all, it was an extremely positive experience!

I had a very detailed on-line chat with Flordalaine. It should be noted that she was extremely helpful and patient with me. That chat set the pace for an outstanding transaction! Everyone at Crown Awards was communicative ... from following-up with what was missing from me to indicating when my order shipped - and everything in between.

The website is super easy to navigate. Super fast delivery. Unfortunately the trophy I order had a little scratch😬 but otherwise The quality in the medals is great. I will definitely be making some changes to how I order my next set of medals and trophies but overall satisfied with this company . Thanks a bunch !

Crown is the best all around! Great selection and prices, fantastic and consistent quality, and incredibly fast shipping. Customer service is always friendly and helpful as well. I’ve used them for quite a few years, buying awards for multiple teams, typically 100+ trophies/plaques/medals, and never had a single problem. 100% recommend!

Ive used them for trophies for car shows that i host throughout the year in Western Massachusetts. I usually buy through amazon but found their website today after i received my trophies. They are always quick about getting stuff done and their product is even better quality this time than it was in September. They will definitely have a repeat customer with me! Awesome!
