We had some well tank connections replaced also. He stayed within the estimate range. He worked hard till the jobs were done. Was able to give an estimate and do the job in one weeks time. Awesome experience. Highly recommend.

They gave me a window of time, arrived within the window, understood the situation, and completed their services efficiently, courteously, and professionally. Great guy, too! I'll be a customer for life - or as long as I have plumbing.

Gave me a fair time frame when they’d arrive and also called shortly before as well. He even asked me the best place to park his van so he wouldn’t be in the way of my neighbors. Steve went over all the details of my new faucets with me and made sure I had no questions before he left. Very professional. Did great work, and got it done in a timely fashion.

We scheduled an appointment for a diagnosis and estimate. He was on time, called to let me know he was on his way And very professional. He explained what he would need to do to diagnose the issue. We were lucky that he was able to fix it on that first visit. He also cleaned up after himself. You really can’t even tell he was in the house, other than the fact that the toilet works and is no longer leaking into our basement. I highly recommend them and plan on using their services again for other projects around our home!
