Rocket Express Car Wash

I had forgot to cancel my subscription. I took a big hit in my bank account especially for this time of year. I called & left a message. Chase called me back the same afternoon. He was extremely polite & helpful. I was only hoping that I would get a refund for this last month’s charge but he refunded the charge for the month before as well because I had not used the service. There was no muss, no fuss in doing this. It is greatly appreciated. This was some excellent customer service that you don’t see much of these days. I only have one suggestion, that is to not use a third party billing system so that customers would be more satisfied with getting their refunds & not have to wait for up to five days to get their money back.

I LOVE this car wash! My whole car came out clean and pretty. There were no dirty spots left and I didn't have to go through twice to make it all clean! Shane was very helpful and got me signed up for the unlimited (which I wanted). I switched from Misters. Great staff, great car wash. Highly recommend!

Best car wash in the Treasure Valley! Best customer service around. Always accommodating and they are happy to help with the whole process! Great people and a great business. Glad to see they are open Sundays now too!

Free use of towels and vacuuming equipment after a quick ride through the 'Car wash', as frequently as you like for as little as about $20 per month. This place gets 5 stars

This is just my favorite wash place ever. Their tunnel process does such a good job. Best of all-it treats my truck with care. Other washes I was a club member of would make tiny scrapes along the back of my truck. Not here. Love their unlimited option. Each time I drive to Utah-which is often-I stop at their wash there and wash for free with the same unlimited pass. Even while traveling, always a clean vehicle!
