I came to Partners right after graduating from undergrad. This place allowed me to work part-time while completing a doctorate degree, so super flexible with scheduling! I enjoy coming to work everyday and the kids are absolutely great. Would highly recommend this position!

I came to work for Partners from another ABA company, and the amount of support, knowledge and prioritizing fun, positivity and the well-being of staff and clients is overwhelming. I feel very supported, and I can tell management cares about work-life balance, and prevention of burnout.

This place has been a life-altering positive change for my son. Previously, he was stumping all his teachers, teachers' aides, and therapists, and refusing to participate or cooperate. His speech, social, and occupational developmental goals weren't even close to being accomplished. Then he started at Partners and wow, what a difference. He's excited to go there, loves the staff, and is meeting, exceeding, and getting new goals in all the areas of development. I'm also impressed with how they transition the team members to keep my son from getting too attached to just one person.
