Carolyn's staff helped me from start to finish with my accident claim. Carolyn's staff followed the claim all the way through the process and questioned why the claim was closed out by the corporate office. Carolyn's staff contacted me and had the claim reopened. Because the claim was reopened I was able to receive my deductible back from the person that hit my car and left the scene.

I've been with her since the beginning of her practice which is at least over 25 years. She's also very smart. I rely on her advice to get the right insurance for my needs and budget. Over the years she's always been there for me. It's so reassuring that I can call her if I have an accident. I've had a few over the years which of course creates anxiety. She always calms me down with the words "there is nothing to worry about. That's what you have insurance for." She takes over from there and and everything turns out fine.
