I stopped talking and let her help by listneing to what she had to say.She does a Great job of representing State Farm and looking for ways to make the various insurance products they handle fit the life of prospective and now clients of State Farm. Great "consultative" selling skills!

Been a customer for about 8 years. Here's what I love about them: when you call on the phone, a person picks up immediately and they have all your info in front of them and are knowledgeable. Also, their prices are great. I shopped around because I thought maybe I could find cheaper with Geico or elsewhere and found State Farm to be competitive. Which made me happy because they've been so easy to deal with I didn't really want to switch.
