Excellent communication at every step. Clearly very customer oriented. I was able to pack more than originally planned and they got me a nice refund on my original estimate (which was also generous in weight). I think the "will not go over this number" estimate is very helpful.

Everyone involved with our move was pleasant, respectful, and careful with us as homeowners and with our belongings.We shipped 2 vehicles separately which was pretty stressful but the ee ward people were very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. There was very minor miscommunication about items we could not move which added unexpected cost but in general everyone was super responsive and eager to do a great job. I have already recommended this company to friends moving later this year!

My crew lead was Paul, and they packed and moved me out of my old place. And then 30 days later they moved me into my new place. They were quick, neat and very professional. EE Ward representatives reached out during and after my move to ensure everything was going/went well. Would 100% recommend for anyone moving.

They communicated from beginning to end and they were thorough with everything from top to bottom this was my first experience with movers I have normally done everything on my own in this particular case I never had to lift a finger. I will definitely use them again within the next year when I moved to my next location with the bank. This is my first time away from home and you all made to move so easy

From planning the move to getting my things to the allocating destinations everything went smoothly.
