Akers Academy

I absolutely love this daycare hands down the best daycare possible all of the staff are amazing! From my personal encounters with the caretakers Ana, Esperanza and Paula are the sweetest and most loving! Even my daughter who isn’t a people person loves them and laughs and is always smiling with them! From my previous experiences with Day Care’s my expectations were low but Akers academy really blew me away everyone including the director and Mrs. Amanda are amazing. They are so understanding, they communicate and down to earth. Overall, I love it here and will continue to bring my daughter here. I highly recommend this daycare and as a mom I’ve never felt so at ease and safe with leaving my daughter anywhere but here and I just wanna say thank you because y’all are truly amazing and I appreciate the care and service y’all provide

We have been at Akers Academy- Alpharetta campus since Summer of 2018 in the infant room and will be graduating private pre-K in the Spring. To say that my daughter and I LOVE this school and consider the staff family is a huge understatement; they are my village and all have a common goal in raising her together- for her to be a good human, help her reach her academic potential, know her value and feel safe! It has been an amazing experience, not only to watch her thrive, but also to see how the school has improved and dealt with everything that has been thrown at them over the years from Covid to flu season to nation wide staffing shortages. We have been in Ms. Esperanza, Ms. Shelby, Ms. Ana, Ms. Srujana and now Ms. Elsje's class throughout our time at Akers and the level of love, consistency and true joy in teaching is what makes me not able to say enough amazing things about this institution! The director and assistant director show up every day with the common goal of bettering the children as well as themselves despite any struggles going on in their personal lives, work seamlessly together and handle every situation that comes their way with grace. I am honestly devastated and terrified for kindergarten next year because the bar has already been set so high for what I've come to expect from a school. We are only 3 months into the new school year and my 4yo daughter is already writing her name without assistance, has impeccable manners, an expanded vocabulary and is sounding words out to READ!!! I cannot say enough about every single person in this building- I whole heartedly trust them without hesitation. The friendships and values that she and I have both developed over the past 4 years will last a lifetime. Akers is the best hidden gem and we are so grateful to call them family!

We are so grateful to have had Evie in the 4K class with her teacher at Akers Academy. Her teacher was great with working with the kids. She had a great handle on the class and was fun and funny with the kids too. My daughter grew emotionally, socially and academically while she did 4K at Akers Academy. She also made some really great friendships.

We have loved Akers Academy! It has felt friendly and welcoming since the first day! The teachers are all kind and loving towards the kids. The front end staff are always there with a smile and a ‘good morning!’ It truly feels like a family atmosphere. We are thankful to be a part of that family!

I would definitely recommend Akers Academy in Alpharetta.
Ms.Kayla is wonderful GA pre-k teacher, together with Ms.Kasturi they doing amazing work. My daughter love to be there learn new things and spend a great time with her new friends! We always get updates and pictures.
If you need something there is always a staff who can help you and Ms.Krista (director) she is very responsive and always will find the way to handling with everything you need.
