Änna's Bistro

A quaint spot in the magical Marine on St Croix. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner or cozy spot with friends in a storybook town, this is your place. We were warmly greeted and seated near big windows. It’s not a very big space so it all feels very intimate.

I started out with a glass of house red wine which was so smooth and then ordered the Woodfired Grilled Lion’s Mane Mushroom that comes with wild rice and orange fennel glazed carrots. It’s on the spendier side at $24 but I found it to be so worth it. Lions mane is great for the brain and it’s always nice coming out of a restaurant not feeling stuffed and 10 pounds heavier. Everything was so flavorful and the mushroom is grilled in their woodfired grill inside. We ended with the chocolate mousse. So good!! They had a pot roast special for the night that also looked really good. There aren’t many menu options but this made it easier for ordering!

Great food, drinks, and ambiance. The bistro is equally cozy and lively and the food both interesting and familiar. We thoroughly enjoyed everything at Änna’s. It’s evident the owner cares a great deal about the menu and space she has created. Can’t wait to go back!

Great spot for lunch or dinner. The wine is delicious and the service is amazing. The restaurant itself takes you to a France or European environment. Anna is so friendly and welcoming it’s worth the stop. If you’re passing through or dining around the area, I recommend stopping here.

Beautiful place, amazing food with complex layers of flavor. Plan to make your visit leisurely if it's busy, the food and service are worth the wait! The menu is small, but everything was absolutely delicious!!
