Kerri Baker Pilates

I highly recommend Kerri Baker as I have been training with her consistently for well over ten years. I’ve done mat and reformer with her and it’s really transformed my mind and body. She will modify a program to meet your personal fitness needs and goals. Besides being a great Pilates instructor, she is a wonderful person to be around.

Kerri is very conveniently located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Her studio is very comfortable, and she has a great way of walking you through each step of an exercise and breathing techniques. After two appointments, my back and core are feeling stronger. Highly recommend her.

Love working out with Kerri! She has a great sense of humor and works your butt, in fact now after two months or so my body is starting to have really great curves. Feeling very grateful. I also love that she is very close to my art studio in Downtown LA.
