The owners, Vic and Quincy are some of the most knowledgeable and kindest people you will meet in the area of CrossFit. Even if you have never tried CrossFit before they will coach you and scale everything for you to where it’s a challenge and your fitness will grow so much. The community is also very encouraging and the environment and gym is so clean and welcoming. Try this place out!!!!

Did a five week drop in. The programming was challenging and I was definitely stronger when I left. They've got a great family atmosphere, quality coaching and the Friday 30 minute WODs will have you ready for the weekend 😉 100% recommend Crossfit Hayes 💪🇺🇸

Been almost 2 months since I walked in the doors and I haven't looked back. This is one of the best experiences I have ever gotten to be a part of, and the knowledge of coaches surrounding exercise and nutrition is unmatched. A friend recommended I try it out, and although I was nervous as heck, I ended up falling in love and utilizing classes such as elements (great for newbies) and nutrition (which has really taught me things I never thought of). All around fantastic gym that is incredibly comprehensive and tailored to each individual. Love it--even when it kicks my butt!!

Absolute best gym! Super friendly people, chill atmosphere, very clean, elite coaching, feels like home. Perfect for beginners or advanced athletes. Coaches are experts at what they do. I even worked out here while I was pregnant and they knew exactly what movements I should and shouldn't do. Now they are helping me lose the baby weight and it's working! Highly recommend it.

Very supportive, motivating and encouraging atmosphere from the moment we walked up, through the workout and to the end. A BIG plus on our books, especially when it’s our first time at a fitness location. The warm up and workout were challenging but great enough to make us feel like we ended up with an amazing feeling of accomplishment. Two thumbs up on both coaches tonight, Quincy and Victor. Easy to find location and have great hours that fit our schedule. Try them out! I think you’ll love this place.
