I have lived in my house for 12 yrs. Over the years, the garage door has been getting more difficult to lift open. I finally stopped in the office in Kingsland. Ashley was so nice in explaining garage doors need to be serviced every 2 yrs. and scheduled a maintenance appt. The crew arrived on time. Tino was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He lubed the door, checked it over, and even added a handle on the inside to make it easier for me to close. What a difference. I am a customer for life.

Gotta tell ya, I placed a call to this company on 11/22 and their tech Tino was here the next day right on time! He got here and 45 minutes later he was gone with my door repaired. I am very happy with my experience with Aldor! I highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

I called ALDOR Sales one day last week, spoke with Sara and had our garage repair scheduled for the following Wednesday.

Before last week was out, Sara called and we were able to re-schedule the repair for that Monday, between 1:00-3:00PM.

Well, the two young technicians arrived at 1:00PM and had everything squared away within fifteen minutes!

I cannot praise their services enough! They were kind, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and everything a business could want of their employees!

I know nothing about garage doors or how to install them. Sarah, was kind, patient and helpful both on the phone and in person. In their showroom, Sarah explained the differences in the door selections and why the doors are so quiet in operation. She was not pushy at all.

The installer was on time, appropriately dressed and extremely considerate. He even asked if it would bother me if he played music while he worked. When he completed the install, he 'walked' me through the operation of the door's safety features. He cleaned his work area and you would not have known he was there.

I recently had an 1800 square foot workshop built, and needed insulated garage doors to complete it. Aldor was recommended by the company I had build the shop, by our neighbors, and other close friends. Yes, I did call around as well as speak with Aldor, but the service and attitude, along with the competitive cost made me pick them hands down.

I wasn't home for the installation, as I travel for work, but my wife was extremely pleased that above all else, unlike all the other contractors, they arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. They did notice an issue with the windows on one of the doors not being straight across, and had the replacement panel ordered before they left that day. It was installed less than a week later, and looks and works great!
