Peachtree Immediate Care - Cartersville

I recently took my mom here because she lives in Cartersville. The experience was really amazing. The entire staff was kind and caring. We did not have an appointment and were told that there was a about an hr and a half wait time. We waited in the car and they called us to come inside within ten minutes of the estimated time we were given. I was so impressed that I drove up this location the following week when my son became sick on a Sunday. The experience was wonderful and definitely worth the 25 minute drive. They will be my go to urgent care from now on. Special kudos to Meredith the nurse practitioner she was awesome and great bedside manner. We were fortunate enough to get to see her on both visits.

My first visit there. The wait time for a walk in at 8:15 am was 31 minutes. Only one person in the waiting room. Super friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Very clean facility. The nurse practitioner and nurse were very personable and treated me so well. I got diagnosed within 30 minutes in with them testing and a much needed steroid shot fur my bronchitis and out the door. This place is superior to where I’ve been before. If I ever have a need, I will def be back and have already recommending to friends and family.

I scheduled my daughter's appointment ahead of time instead of doing walk-in. We did still have to wait but you would have to wait at any office. Staff was very nice.
The physician assistant who was working was so very nice, we were the on 8/15/2022. The male nurse that was there was so kind and patient with my daughter too!

Great experience. I will definitely go here in the future when I’m sick. Shout out to Kenneth and Meredith for being amazing and making this office 5 stars. This was the most fun experience at the doctor Ive ever had - very knowledgeable, very professional and very welcoming. These guys need some recognition from Peachtree

The staff was amazing, and very compassionate! I was very very confident in everyone that treated me from the beginning until I was released! I will definitely return to this facility in the future , and I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs immediate care! Thank you to all who treated me and making me feel like I was important and not just a # your compassion, helped with my recovery ☺️
