Autotronics Automotive Repair

For some reason, my last review only included the services you offer. I wrote some comments, but they didn't show up. It's really not much of a review without the comments. Anyway, I went to Autotronics today (12/13/22) for a lube and oil change, and as usual, their service was outstanding. They are always friendly and courteous, and I've always been completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to Autotronics and I'm very pleased and will be a returning customer. Everyone is friendly, professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection done. They even washed my car. I highly recommend them for automotive needs.

I called autotronics because I saw they had really good reviews about customer service satisfaction, also, and family has brought repairs to them in the past. They offer efficient auto repair and I'm so glad I brought it to them. Their staff are all very friendly and they show that they genuinely care about getting you back on the road. I was having issues with the way my particular part had to be a specific part and they were able to get it and install it, so I was ready to go in just a few hours. Lyn, is a honest kind person that will bend over backwards and jump through every hoop possible to give you really good service and trust, and the guys that work in the shop are very nice as well! Anthony dropped me off at home and came to my work to get me when my car was ready for pick up (this was within 5 miles of the shop) they really made me feel confident to bring my vehicle to them for future help with maintenance. It was a great experience and worth every penny to have the peace of mind on the road where it matters most.

I took my truck here a while back to get some service done and I looked up some places they had some really good reviews. So I went with them and I’m so glad I did they did a excellent job. The truck has been running better. I was really happy with them I started taking my car to them as well. They do offer drop of and pick up if you can’t make it during business hours. They have great customer service. Everyone I talked to on the phone and been very nice and helpful. They do genuinely care about your car and aren’t trying to rip off. It’s nice to know I can come here get great customer service and fairly priced and aren’t getting over charged. I do recommend coming here.

A huge thank you to autotronics for getting our two cars fixed up. We feel they are extremely reliable and provide quality service. They are very communicative and always go the extra mile to make sure we are taken care of. I can't recommend them enough.
