Dr. Koger is a great physician. He and his staff are very professional and personable. I am seen promptly for appointments and Dr. Koger responds to my questions thoroughly. I am glad I chose Dr. Koger as my Dermatologist of choice. I highly recommend him to any person seeking dermatology care.

Gretchen the aesthetic nurse specialist is extremely knowledgeable and has really helped me improve my skin. She is friendly and has great customer service. I'm so glad I found her!

Dr. Koger is Just a great guy! He has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to try and help me with my Hyperhydrosis of facial cranial. (Excessive sweating)

It's always an emotional experience to find new doctors when you move to a new place. I am so glad that I found Dr. Kroger and his staff. I made my decision based on the overwhelming number of positive reviews online and recommendations from my neighborhood site. In response to others who have called the office's billing practices unethical, I have to say that I have never experienced anything like that. I pay my insurance deductible upfront, as is required by most (if not all) physicians. I have never had any issues with my insurance. Even if I had to pay upfront and go to my insurance company for reimbursement, I would probably still stay with Dr. Kroger and his staff because of their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. I have to admit that going to the dermatologist is right up there with going to the dentist. But, Dr. Kroger and his staff make the experience as positive as possible. I highly recommend them, but if you're concerned about any payment methods, always clarify that upfront when scheduling your appointment. There's no reason to be surprised, if you've asked the right questions. I've found the office staff to be open and courteous, and ready to answer any questions or concerns, but it is also my responsibility to ask them.
