Working with Josh, Nicole and Roxana was an amazing experience. Home buying is never easy, but their experience, confidence and professionalism carried through to the end. I'm now in a gorgeous home that checks off all the boxes on my wish list. Both Nicole and Roxana got to know me personally and when I was presented with the keys, also brought me some house warming gifts that were just perfect. I've already started referring friends to them. I can't imagine using any other group in the future.

Josh and Nicole were absolutely amazing! From our very first conversation, Josh led me in the right direction and within about 2 weeks, we were closing on our home. I am 100% sure it would not have happened so quickly and seamlessly with any other realtor. Nicole was very accommodating, going out of her way on multiple occasions to help us. Everyone should use this “Dream Team”!!

This is my first time buying a home. I’ve been searching online and came across some homes I liked but had questions. Several times I messaged the agent and never heard back from them. I work 2nd shift so I send messages at random times. Josh was the first one who answered back!
After talking with Josh, I found out he is also a contractor. So I feel I hit the jackpot when I found him. Josh has a great personality and has his clients best interest at heart. Josh looked at homes from a contractor’s eye. He showed me things that were ignored or made to “look pretty “ but would cost money down the road to fix. He pointed me in the right direction. After many Saturdays of searching, we found my 1st home!
So if you are looking to build or just buy, I would totally recommend Josh Shull and his team!

We were out of state and trying to move and buy a home quickly. I had very limited time to search.. We were not having luck with realtors that we were referred to. They either didn't want to show a home or showed the home, but because we weren't big money clients, they didn't really want to spend time on us.
Josh was the answer to our prayer. The minute I inquired about a property, he contacted me within 30 minutes and was ready to show it to me immediately. We didn't end up with that property but he did not give up on us. I had to fly back home and could not physically look at more houses. Josh stepped up and worked with my sister, spending the better part of the day showing her the homes i sent on a list and finding one that finally worked. Not only that, but he kept in touch and answered every question we had, right away. He also spent a significant amount of his time working to ensure the sale happened, including driving very far out of his way to deliver paperwork and handling issues with the contract.
He followed up after the sale too.
He is proficient, competent, professional and many more complimentary adjectives that I could come up with.
Josh is multi-faceted and doesn't make you feel you are wasting his time because you aren't picking the most expensive home.
I recommend him to anyone that needs a realtor or connections in the industry.

I highly recommend working with Josh for all of your real estate needs. We are currently in the middle of closing on a property with him and the experience thus far has been stellar.
To start, we had a very specific criteria we needed to fit and knew there would be limited options and that the search could take a little longer to find the perfect fit. My father has moved in with us so that we can care for him, so we needed something that would offer him some space of his own, not to mention space for our two small children and 11 rescue pets of all species! The challenge to find the “one” was definitely there for us.

Remarkably, Josh found several properties that could suit our needs by taking extra steps to change certain details on the search criteria to make sure we saw every possible property out there; a simple yet smart move- without this we would not have had our future home pop up!

He was able to get us in to every place very quickly to view, and a bonus was discovering that he is also a general contractor so he could objectively advise on ideas we had to make changes as we walked each property.
When we finally got to see our dream home, Josh knew we needed to act quickly especially in this current market! This is probably the best part of the whole experience- not only is Josh likable, he has a skill for having a happy medium to communicate to the other other agent our interest in the property without being overly aggressive or too laid back. This approach is certainly what helped us close the deal, especially when there were multiple offers to consider!
All communication with him has been prompt and he has let us know which documents to expect and when and has followed through with every step. He has also been able to arrange for several additional viewings for us to see the house as we make arrangements, which really is going the extra mile.
All in all, we couldn’t be happier to have found Josh, and can honestly say he has made what is normally a very stressful and long process into something actually enjoyable. We have been able to really put our energy into being excited and preparing for the move which brings a really positive vibe to our new beginning. Thanks for everything, Josh!
