Needed to have my Ridgid sewer cleaning machine repaired in a timely fashion as its a key tool for our plumbing business. Had it done quickly. Very courteous to talk to over the phone! Nice job.

These folks are always willing to help repair your item. If they are not sure, they will perform the research necessary to provide the correct solution. There are many decades of motor repair experience in this business. I personally have had ten motors repaired here.

I just called with a simple power tool issue. The "front desk" person was pleasant and transferred me to the specialist, Daryl. Daryl was polite and helpful, and he saved me a trip by simply offering me some DIY advice. I would trust this organization with my next issue.

My furnace motor died last night...not a good thing in the winter, especially living out in the country. My furnace is very old, so I was a bit nervous about finding a replacement motor...didn't see anything on line. Did the 30 mile drive to Buffalo and wasn't disappointed. These guys are great. Customer service is excellent...what a nice surprise these days. I don't usually write these things and this was my first time there. Would recommend S&S to anyone
