360 UltraDetail

Huge shout out to 360. UltraDetail! I was prepping a truck to sell and Jay took the time to call me and talk me through what would be the best course of action. I opted for the 360 Complete Package which ended up being a great value. Jay got the interior spotless and made the exterior shine! After taking my car to 360 UltraDetail and posting it for sale online, it sold in two days! I will be taking my other vehicle in for a full detail job this spring. Do yourself a favor and consider 360 UltraDetail next time your vehicle needs a refresh!

360 UltraDetail has kept our car looking brand new for years. Every time we get our car detailed we are amazed at the transformation. Jay puts so much time and energy into making sure every small, hard to reach section is cleaned to perfection. There is no one else that can match his level of service or quality. I would highly recommend a car detailing with 360 UltraDetail.

I don't have any advice for Jay on how to improve upon my experience at 360 UltraDetail. He was flexible, punctual, and very informative on the intake process. A couple of add-on services I asked about he advised were not necessary. For instance, he told me he could get the spots I pointed to out of my carpet with the standard steam cleaning, and didn't need the additional shampoo. The work took just as long as he had estimated. His advice was right on because the outcome exceeded all of my expectations. It's not "like new," this thing looks better - in and out - than the day we drove it off the lot. Jay was also full of helpful advice on maintenance and other services. It is fun to work with someone so talented and passionate about what they do!

P.S. - I didn't think to take a before photo, because I would never want to memorialize the state that my car was in when I dropped it off. It looked so amazing when I picked it up, though, that I will definitely take some before and afters next time I see Jay!

Jay is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and his work is second to none. Jay took the time to go over options regarding paint correction and ceramic coatings for my vehicle, which was subject to various automatic car washes and harsh conditions. I opted to go with a full paint correction and Feynlab ceramic coating. Multiple hours were spent restoring my vehicle's finish to showroom quality, and ensuring I was more than happy with the final product. Jay also provides continuing advice for paint care and checks in to make sure the product is performing as expected. Cannot say enough positive things. Strongly recommended!

I had a great experience with Jay and 360. I had never had a car detailed before so I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. The owner is very detailed and helpful in answering your questions. He was very accommodating, professional and a pleasure to deal with. My car looks beautiful. Very happy and plan to take another car soon. Have been spreading the word to family and friends.
