(June 1, 2022, 10:38 am)My Older Brother has been a resident for a few years, we have survived the Covid lockdown and have emerged stronger and safer. This facility is a fine example of what caring and efficient personnel can do to insure a complete ecosystem of health and assisted living in a pastoral setting.
The staff from top down is crackerjack, Autumn is especially interested in the well-being of her residents, Jen and Debby may well be the standard that other nursing professionals should strive for. Lastly the communication pipeline is always open, and I receive regular reports about my brothers' well-being. -

(May 27, 2022, 3:35 pm)My mother has been at Capstone for three years and I have visited the facility numerous times and interacted with many staff members. I would not hesitate to recommend Capstone to anyone needing LTC - not because they are perfect, but because the staff truly care for the residents. My mother is very difficult and is a lifelong complainer, and she constantly tells me how well they treat her. This gives me peace of mind knowing she's in a supporting and caring environment. Have there sometimes been ups and downs in terms of staffing levels and COVID visitation rules? Yes, but you will find that (or worse) at other LTCs. At the end of the day, my mother is happy and well cared for, and I am appreciative of the Capstone team.
