By far the best DMV I've ever been to. Everyone working there was very personable, which made for the whole environment to be comfortable. They had music on and an older couple started dancing.

The stuff are great, it’s difficult to find people that truly want the best for you. Unlike other DPS, this group of people actually help you. The crew is bright always joking around and make you feel at home. When I arrive for my appointment, I was missing paperwork. Instead of sending me home hopelessly, they helped me understand what I needed when I came back. They are honestly great people. And I’m super great full. I felt like I belonged around them. They asked me about my school and my personal life. I’m super happy. Thank you so much.

After going to the Lake Worth office before it opened and waiting i. Line only to have them run out of walk in appointments 2 people ahead of us we drove up to Decatur. They told us to get a coffee and come back and then worked us in. A world of difference and so much nicer!!! Kudos to Decatur DL staff!!!

The people are what make this facility to great! I can't say enough about the crew that works here, they are all so friendly. Angela and Valerie were great, we really appreciate how you help the community. This is a small office and a great place to get your drivers license, especially if you appreciate personal, friendly service.
