Terry and Lisa are exceptional; Dr. D’Addio’s patient (bedside) manner is pleasant and he seems thorough, competent, and genuinely interested in the patient’s best interest.

The staff and Dr. Phillips were extremely professional and kind. I scheduled my follow-up for 6 months.i would recommend Forum to my friends and family.

Kind, friendly, made you feel at ease, and have an honest assessment of the work I needed to done. Very accommodating with scheduling too. You could feel compassion and no judgement at all. After some not so great experiences at other dentist, this was what I was hoping for in a dentist.
