The Beach House Apartments

The Beach House is a great apartment complex within walking distance of the beach and has lots of dining and nightlife just blocks away. My apartment is spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. The grounds are clean and very well-kept, and the pool and workout room are lovely. The new firepit is a great addition and creates a relaxing atmosphere to hang out and meet the other tenants.
Perhaps the best part of living here is the professionalism of the staff especially Amber Lee in the front office. From the start Amber welcomed me and provided exceptional customer service and assistance picking the right unit. She walked me through the application and approval process with ease and reassurance that I had picked the right place to live. She is a great representative for the property and always takes the time to say hello and ask if my needs are being met. Likewise, the facilities staff are very friendly and quickly accommodate the few requests I have had.
I highly recommend The Beach House to any potential apartment seekers looking for a great place to call home.

This place is amazing! I can’t brag on the property, amenities, and staff enough. Especially Amber! Amber helped me with my entire process from before to during to after my entire move in process, always answering calls and questions and emails asap! She made everything smooth and completely pain free. My nicest move in experience I’ve ever had. My place (the new remodeled one bedroom) is incredible. Zero complaints, and it has exceeding my expectations. The property and pool are beautiful. Yes it really looks this good in person! Thank you Amber and the beach house for a delightful experience and new home! 6/5 stars.
