I see a lot of complaints on various "feedback" sites about waiting lists for appointments and call-backs. I know it's frustrating, but let me help you put it in perspective: The doctors also see patients, like myself, with diagnoses of life-threatening skin cancer. When we are referred for concerning spots and/or biopsies, we are usually seen quickly and treated with the utmost care. This place literally saved my life. If your biggest complaint is that you had to wait for itch cream, I would say you have it pretty good.
