I've been with this bank 15 years! Always have had great service. Friendly teller and Adrian the brand manager has been more then accommodating when I had some disputes. I refer everyone to use PointBank!

This is truly a people’s bank! I have banked here since 2002 and honestly will never bank anywhere else. They have my business and personal accounts and always go above in customer service. I have met many staff throughout the years and they are all so friendly! I highly recommend banking here if you want to be treated like a person and not a number!
