What a jewel (see what I did there?) this place is! Every interaction I've had at Wade's has been such a positive experience. Phone inquiries were handled professionally by Emily. When I brought my repairs in Taylor walked me through all the information they needed to properly restring my pearls and add some charms to a bracelet. The repairs were well done and delivered days before they were due. Just top-notch customer service. I couldn't be more pleased and will definitely be using Wade's Jewelers again.

The staff is knowledgeable. The jewelry they stock is head and shoulders above anything I have seen in the area. I had repairs done on both watches and jewelry and it was excellent. Wish I "needed" something that I could justify purchasing! Will definitely keep them in mind for the future

This is my second experience with Wade, last one was probably about 6 years ago. My grandmother left me a ring after her passing, I thought it was impossible to get it resized before the funeral but Wade’s made it happen. The staff was so compassionate and I thank them for doing this so I can have a piece of my grandmother with me at her funeral. This meant the world to me! They also do an amazing job and good pricing! You can’t go wrong shopping or having things repaired here!

Fantastic jewelry store! They completely redid a family passed down ring with a new birthstone for my daughter's birthday. They used the old ring, took several small stones out of it and put a large stone in their place. Beautiful rework on the setting to make it fit the new stone and did it under a deadline I was hoping they would be able to meet. This is the second piece they have worked on for us and I would not go anywhere else for this kind of work after seeing how well they did this.
The people in the store are very nice, friendly and they take the time to understand what it is that you're wanting done.
