I went in on a Saturday, and the place was busy, I would have been 6th in line to get service, so I left. I called, spoke to Rich, he said Saturdays were really busy days, so I decided to go in on a Thursday. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new Z900 in hand. Great bike, great price, great service. What more could you ask for ?
