Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place was pretty clean compared to other Urban airs i have been too. And the restrooms were clean as well. We went on a Friday from 12-3. Kids were very well entertained the whole time with just the general pass ‘y kids were 1 and 5.
The staff was also very friendly and nice, food was also great!

We have had a birthday party here and attended parties here and are never disappointed. It's clean and open, they keep things organized with many staff members. Police at the front entrance gives and extra sense of security so you can relax a little while your kids run around from attraction to attraction. There's something for all ages. Percent place to beat the heat and let the kids burn off some energy.

This trampoline park is nice, it’s dark inside but also well lit, the staff is friendly, and we got 2 hrs of play time.
We were told that as long as the park wasn’t busy, we would be allowed to stay longer, but 2 hrs of time was just right. The kids fell asleep on the way home after all of that jumping 😄

Very fun place to lose track of time! Parties can be hosted here (they have a lot of party rooms). There’s plenty of seating for the food area and their pizza is the bomb. Employees are sometimes strict with the rules they have in place and sometimes now. Employees themselves are okay with customer service but they keep everything good up and running. Of course many activities areas for jumping, rock climb, ball pit, playground, and zip line. Very much recommend to come.

Great afternoon of fun. Couldn’t go to five stars. Some areas of care lacking. My grandsons loved and had a ball. But some things not working consistently. Staff was not mindful enough of all kids in their area. Bathrooms need a full time attendant. We will return, but some more effort needed during peak event times.
