Ocean Reef Villas

Such a beautiful calming Villa. It is very clean and people are friendly! I stayed with my brother and really enjoyed myself for the first time in 2020!

Love this place. Been 2 years in a row! Spacious condos, comfortable and the manager, Linda, is an absolute delight. Washer and dryer in each unit, great ocean views and a really great pool. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Literally the DEFINITION of beach front. Local to everything and very good central spot to all the stuff without it being to loud or populated. The pool was like bath water 😍

We stayed in 112. We were 50 steps to the ocean, pool and where we parked. The condo was one bedroom a one bath. It had everything we needed. It is perfect for a couple or a small family. There were two futons in the living room. My wife and I travel frequently to beaches and the pool deck at Ocean Reef is one of the nicest we have seen. November is an off time so there were minimal waits for dining . Leslie the owner was wonderful to deal with and is a gracious host. There were beach towels, toys, umbrella and chairs so if you choose to fly you won’t need any beach stuff.

Nice place. Linda in management is great! Very helpful.
Only con is, in December, that's when (it seems) they most likely do repairs and outside cleaning.
Last year pool being fixed, no pool for the entire 2 weeks, walks around condos being repaired on upper floors, walking across wood boards while seeing way below and caution tape across parts of parking lot. Sides of building being repaired, so a must to keep few blinds closed.

This year woke up to loud pressure washer machines cleaning upper walkways and stairs.. The outside is CLEAN and well maintained!
Will still come back, but possibly another month. Been coming here since early 90's off and on.
Great location, what needed is close by. If wanting more shopping or more dining, Daytona only minutes away.
I do recommend this place. Will be back....
