I came at 12:30 on a Tuesday to replace my stolen license and I was in and out in 10 minutes. It costed $30 which is pricer than the regular DMV but I'd gladly pay that amount rather than wait for hours at a regular location.

Wonderful experience here, was in and out in legit 8 minutes. Came here to get my tags renewed and a title transfer and registration.

Best experience I've ever had dealing with the DMV. People are super friendly and prompt, what normally takes hours at the DMV took maybe 15 minutes for new drivers licenses and registration.

Before I never trusted third party mvds, until I found this place. I come here often for business and I tend to deal with JoJo, Mylene and Victoria. The employees here are very friendly and offer great customer service. I honestly would rather come here and spend a little bit more than wasting my whole day at MVD.

Only 1 person working the window when I was there. One couple ahead of me but the lobby filled up quickly behind me. Got the info I needed very quickly. Definitely going back. Professional and to the point. Just how it should be

Returned after getting the vehicle emissions report required to register my car here in AZ. Walked in with another gentleman. 2 employees were at the window so we both were helped right away. I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me but my experience with her, overall, was decent. Her customer service skills could use a little improving IMO. Im obsessed with customer service. Not only do I expect excellent customer service but I also give it as well. I maintain a high standard not only for myself but also for the people I do business with. My transaction here at Superior was quick and easy. A big part of that was because I had everything I needed ready to go based off of my visit yesterday. If you're not sure what documents you need, I highly suggest stopping by and finding out first. That way you can get everything together and organized so that when you arrive the process runs smoothly. I will definitely be coming back here for any future needs and will recommend them to anybody wanting to avoid having to go to the MVD.
