My wonderful spouse is learning about possibility of getting a set of stronger hearing aids. This shop comes highly recommended.

After only 2 mos, my husband's hearing aids went missing. They are NOWHERE to be found. UP and walked away. I called to cx an appt with Dr. Sims for a f/u visit because, no hearing aids. Their office offers a one time replacement at a HUGE reduction for just this type of situation. I accepted, but wanted to wait till after the holidays for financial reasons. They offered us a 'loaner' pair at no charge so my husband would not miss out on any of the fun and shenanigans that come with big family celebrations. This office is very convenient and has always gone more than the proverbial 'extra mile' to accommodate their clients. I would recommend them highly.

I've been a patient of Physicians Choice and Dr. Clark for a number of years and I recently upgraded my instruments to Oticon OPN's. There is a lot of competition in the market to sell hearing aids. My selection of Dr. Clark and his staff was validated recently when I had an issue with my aids. I called...the staff scheduled me the next day....and in a very professional, efficient manner resolved my problem..

I stumbled upon them as I entered the workforce after my college years and since moved away...but I’m still willing to drive that extra hour just to obtain the services they provide because the knowledge of their doctors is like having the Dream Team of making sure you are able to hear to the best of your ability. They are cutting edge and keep up with modern technologies to accommodate each individuals hearing loss.

Just recently, I needed an ADA form filled out for my workplace so I could obtain a video phone. They ✨ (Thank you Dr. Sims & Olga!!!) ✨filled it out and sent it back to me so quickly; I wanted to give them all a hug because it showed that they care and want the best for every one of their patients! Dr Clark and his staff provide outstanding care. They're always friendly and very helpful. Dr Clark made suggestions as to what types of hearing aids to try and was able to customize it to my specific needs, which isn't easy as I'm deaf in one ear.
