Pass 2 Pay Backflow is a 1st class operation that tested our neighborhood in 1 visit. Very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. After testing, they digitized our records and submitted to the City.
Highly recommended if you're looking for a service to test your cross connect (backflow preventer) every year for SD City Water requirement.

I had the best experience with Pay 2 Pass Backflow! I needed to do an annual backflow testing, and they scheduled me in quickly. Upon arrival, they got to work right away,. Within 5 minutes, it passed, and the certificate was e-mailed to the city. I found a solid group of people! The owner and his team are nice quality people in SD county, highly recommend!
