This review is in regards to a urgent situation I was put in. After calling for a mobile Notary to come to my hotel room on extremely short notice, I was greeted with picking up the phone on the first attempt, then talking directly with a person named Mike. I told him my urgent situation because I was closing on a house while on a business trip. He then assured me that he would make it to my Hotel after normal hours to complete this transaction. He was very pleasant and quite knowledgeable of the paperwork I needed Notarized, which made for a quick and easy transaction. After getting the highest level of service I could expect, I was casually talking to him about needing the paperwork next-day-aired to get to North Carolina in time for an early am closing. He knew I was somewhat stranded at the Hotel that late, and offered to drop off my paperwork at UPS. He charged me a nominal fee to cover a little of his gas and time. My paperwork made it on time, and I closed with no penalties. This entire transaction was well above and beyond, I thank Mike for taking such good care of me. As far as pricing goes, after all that, his pricing still came in below market rates. I would HIGHLY recommend this company in any future transaction. A+.
