Chapel View Apartments

Great location to campus, and the bus route. The office staff is always friendly and ready to help. Upgraded units are very nice!

I moved here in June of 2022 after the Apartment underwent a renovation. I have a disability so I need a first floor apartment. It is very spacious, especially the bathroom area. I had a minor flood due to heavy rains. L'Oreal was quick to respond, and the drainage system was replaced very quickly. No problems since.

As I mentioned, I am disable and use a walker and/or a cane. I often go for walks to exercise my leg and ankle. L'Oreal always come out if she sees me and gives me encouragement. If a few days go by and she has not seen me, she checks to make sure I am doing ok.

Maintenance staff is very helpful and friendly. They respond quickly to any issues and resolves them as soon as they can. They have gone out of their way to help me when they did not have too.

They are trying to make this a fun, safe place to live. They have food trucks come, get togethers at the clubhouse, etc. There are 2 bbq grills and lots of sitting areas in the area of the pool. They have a volleyball court (if only I could still play!).

I love living here and would recommend it to anyone!!!

We enjoyed living at Chapel View. The amenities are always clean and well taken care of. We loved going to the pool and dog park. There’s also a nice outdoor seating area to grill or relax. The location is very convenient. The apartment was renovated and had new carpet as well. When we first moved in I could not get the dishwasher to work but maintenance came the very next day to fix the problem. Any problems/ questions we had Mr. Kevin or L’Oreal were always happy to help. I can tell the staff really cares about their residents and always goes out of their way to make them feel welcome.

I really love this place the peoples are so friendly especially the office managers L’Oréal & Justin they explain things to you and make sure and very concern that everything is working in our unit. Love the grill & pool area I will definitely recommend Chapel View Apartment to someone
