TATE'S Comics + Toys + More

This is an anime, comics, marvel paradise! My husband and daughter could've spent hours here, there is such a variety! If you are looking for a gift for someone or just wanting to add to the collection I highly recommend checking out Tate's, you will not be disappointed. Staff is very friendly and willing to help if you are on the hunt for something particular or just need some direction as this store is big!

Everything that a modern age comic and Collectibles store should be. Filled to the brim with nostalgia and new age products. Statues figures etc. Great interior organization as well. Store is grouped well as far as interests are concerned. Pricing is typical (Ebay) and to be honest for most brick and mortar stores nowadays you would be hard pressed to find ones that aren't hip to what's trending up in value. Everyone's got a key collector app nowadays, shops included. Back issues are in sleek modern pull out drawers and from what I observed in VF+ to NM- condition . Easy to find what you are looking for. Keys minor and major are all pulled and priced separately from the back issues. All in all well worth the visit.

This is hands down one of the best stores of it's kind to ever exist. Could easily spend hours here looking at the various collectibles which range from all types of genres and times. I was comparing this place to a modern museum when describing it to friends. One of my favorite things is the second story which is constantly rotating new pieces of art from local artists. If you haven't visited in a while or ever stop reading this review and go!

I have been coming here for years. This place has been a staple here in this neighborhood for anyone who enjoys comics. Free comic book day especially brings a lot of people who don't normally come in to buy comics. The people here make it a very special place to visit. My hat is off to them. Keep up the great work!!
