Stony Creek Park

It is a nice park, we had a birthday party for our great granddaughter. The pavilion was nice for the gathering and shaded from the sun. It held a lot of people. The grill is huge and tables well kept.
Unfortunately we didn't get to explore the walking trail that's why it got a 4 star. Maybe next time.

Stony Creek Park is a nice place to take a walk and relax on the benches.

Sitting by the pond is so peaceful. Many people also come there to fish, but those fish seem good at hiding and getting away 😄

There is also a Pavillion and Playground area which looks to need some TLC.

Make sure to read the signs around and enjoy yourself.

For children ages 10 and under it rates a 4. All other ages it’s nice.
Nice pond for fishing, nice walking paths, open pavilion, and nice little playground for the kiddies.
Lots of trees for shade during the hot summer months.
Playground needs a lot of TLC though as in refreshing the sandbox, and mulch by the slides.
Parking is ample.
Overtime it’s a very nice quaint little park.

My most favorite park! Totally worth it. It has a nice trail to take a hike, a sandbox to kinda pretend you're at the beach, ha ha. Telescopes, Sheds to do parties. Has a lake, Little book library! This park is absolutely amazing! It has lots of things other parks may not have. :)

This is a small but very peaceful park with a pond. People do fishing and we can see some ducks. During winter it freezes, short trial are there, I like the bench at the top where we have a good viewpoint. Just opposite to it there is Ryan homes(town homes). People residing there have a direct and quick access to the park. Enjoyed walking here. Near to broad street with full of shopping and eateries.
