(October 6, 2022, 12:51 pm)Over the years I've gererally I've had great (5 star) experiences there. But also some recent "2 star" experiences:
1) Quality of some products have been really disappointing lately. Flooring and cabinetry had to be returned -- so damaged / flimsy they were basically unusable. And they were not inexpensive.
2) Service is generally good, but there are times when there seem to be no one working who can help you. Example: I wanted the two locks I bought to have matching keys, but it took two visits to get this: first time zero people in the store had any experience, the second time I waited for the 1 guy who could help for 45 minutes because he was the only one who could help customers with other things, too. I've never had this issue at competitor stores. -

(July 31, 2022, 8:10 pm)This home depot has tool rental, which sets it apart from others. Fair prices and wide selection. Tool rental staff are knowledgeable and honest. Joe in tool rental was awesome!!! Joe was honest and very helpful.
Right off the highway, easy to get to. Plenty of parking and restrooms were clean. All the staff are nice and self check outs are easy to use.
