Serina is absolutely amazing! She broke down everything for me and always gets back to me very quickly. I am so happy i switched to am fam and have Serina to back me up. We have had 2 claims so far and it has gone very smoothly and quickly.

Serina was an excellent help with getting me business vehicle, cargo, and general liability insurances! She responds quickly, is friendly, and was extremely patient with me taking my time on things. Serina found coverage AND savings for things I didn’t think of! She’s a perfect blend of personable and professional — I enjoyed our laughs during what could have been a stressful and overwhelming conversation. She was thorough and eased all my worries as we buy our first home together and I couldn’t be more thankful for having her on the other end of the conversation. AmFam found me coverage my other “wearing khakis” agent didn’t recommend and my annual cost is lower!
