I was very happy with my visit. I didn't have to wait months to be seen. I was in the exam room promptly at the time of my appointment. And Dr. McElwain was extremely helpful in explaining the examination process and what treatment she was suggesting.

I feel like the office staff are always professional. I never wait long at the waiting room or inside the examining room . I never feel like I am rushed and Dr. McElwain always listens and answers my concerns. She directs you to make healthy changes and always cheers you on! I am so glad to have found this office. Thank you for helping me live a better life!!

She is the BEST!! I am a RN who has worked with MANY ear nose and throat MD's over the years. She is by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of taking care of my ENT medical issues. Thanks for what you and your team of RN's and staff do on a daily basis.
